As part of the Renet Consulting IT service, Renet Consulting has also maintained and monitored the resort' s server, network, guest Internet and WIFI, resort security, firewall and antivirus.
As a SonicWALL partner, Renet Consulting exchanged the outdated office firewall for the latest SonicWALL firewall with an additional virus protection. Renet Consulting accomplished this upgrade with a significant price discount for the newest firewall.
In 2017 Renet Consulting successfully upgraded the resort' s server to the Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Essentials and implemented the Microsoft Office 365 service for the office software and email accounts.
At the end of 2016 the Rockaway Beach Resort website vendor canceled their services to support resort' s website. Renet Consulting assisted the resort manager to take control over the existing web sites, combine them into one and freshen up its look.
Since the site requirements were deemed to be more informative than interactive and taking into the account the resort' s allocated budget, Renet Consulting built the site on the WordPress platform with a customized template. One of the resort' s website requirements was a live-feed outdoor camera which Renet Consulting successfully acquired, installed and integrated with the website.
